Pinch Rolls

•   Pinch roll are used between roughing mill and intermediate/finishing mill to carry the hot rolled material to rotary shears and conveyors.

•   Size range from 250 mm P.C.D to 500 mm P.C.D.

•   Operational speed up to 30 m/sec.

•   Power required 5 H.P. to 15 H.P.

•   Speed +15% speed of the rolling mill.

•   Pinching capacity 8 mm to 25 mm hot.
