Rotary Shearing Machine (Swill and Fix)

•  Rotary shears are used for automatic cutting of split hot ends (front and rear).

•  Cutting capacity is up to 50mm bars at 800 degree Celsius.

•  Rotary shears operate at speed of up to 12 meters/second.

•  They can be fixed and swiveling type rotary shears with pneumatic cylinder fitted for swivel and shifting pipes.

•  Power requirement is 5 HP to 20 HP.

•  Machine size ranges from 250 mm PCD to 500mm PCD.
