THE KAMAL ENGINEERING manufactured Crop Cum Cobble Shears are used for cutting bars and profile metals during the rolling mill process. Depending on where it’s positioned, it can serve as end cutting, as well as part cutting through the process. Each Crop Shear is designed specifically for its purpose and to fulfil client’s needs.

Our Crop Shears can be fully automated with electric motors and pneumatic coupling and depending on project needs heat sensors and further automation systems can be integrated.

Crop and Cobble Shear offered finds application in continuous and smooth cutting of the bars or at desired cutting points. Here, our expertise lies in offering shear from 400 mm up to 1000mm with dual mode support comprising crank mode or continuous mode as preferred by the customers. Further, our expertise also lies in manufacturing crop shearing machines for types of bars, rounds as well as for structural products like angle, I/H beam, Flat, U Channel and others.

Due to its improved design the blades are protected and are able to cut more critically vertical products effortlessly.
